Upon graduation from law school, Scott was a Judicial Law Clerk at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts. From 2009 through 2013, Scott was an associate at the firm of Gallant & Ervin in Chelmsford where he primarily practiced in the areas of commercial litigation, bankruptcy and creditor's rights, intellectual property infringement litigation, real estate and business transactions. At Krems, Jackowitz & Carman, LLP, Scott represents several landlords and real estate management companies in all aspects of their relationships, disputes and other matters involving their tenants. Scott also represents several landowners and abutters concerning land use, real estate litigation and transactions. Scott also counsels many local small and medium sized businesses on general corporate, transactional and litigation matters. In his free time, Scott coaches his sons’ baseball teams and volunteers at his children’s elementary school.
