REPRESENTATIVE PROJECTS

• Permitted a 106,000 square foot suburban office building in Needham
• Permitted and assisted in the development of 121 units of affordable elderly housing in Newton
• Permitted a 40,000 square foot community center in Oak Square, Brighton and a 67,000 square foot community center in the Back Bay of Boston
• Permitted 48 townhouse condominiums in Newton
• Assisted in the acquisition of commercial property valued at 50 million dollars in Newton and Waltham
• Secured approvals from Massachusetts Environmental Protection Agency, the Massachusetts Historical Commission and the Boston Redevelopment Authority
• Assisted in licensing and permitting a hotel alcohol and entertainment operation for an international hotel chain in Boston
• Negotiated construction mitigation for a project in Brookline
• Facilitated government relations to secure a client's selection as developer for Parcel 6 over the downtown Boston Rose Kennedy Greenway
• Negotiated construction contracts for projects ranging from $5 million to $35 million.
