Our Real Estate Management Legal Team is a full service law practice group serving the legal needs of property owners and managers in virtually every aspect of real estate management. We work towards our clients' mission of maintaining profitable residential communities and commercial properties, and guide them in maintaining legally sound policies and practices. 

We are recognized as leaders in the field. We represent some of the largest residential property managers in the U.S., and service over 20,000 units of housing, both market-rate and subsidized, in Massachusetts. We also work with many commercial properties. Our many years of experience allows us to offer significant efficiencies to our clients. We promptly respond to client inquiries, provide seminars for property managers, and alert clients regarding developments in the laws affecting them.
